Intel has just rolled out a new version of its PROSet/Wireless drivers, namely 21.30.3, which resolves the Wi-Fi connection problems experienced after resume from sleep/hibernation mode or system restart.
In terms of supported platforms, the current update maintains compatibility with Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 operating systems, both 32- and 64-bit variants, and consists of several downloadable packages targeted at end-users (.exe files) and IT administrators (.zip archives).
As for the valid adapters for this release, the 21.30.3 PROSet version can be applied on Intel’s Wi-Fi 6 AX200 and Wi-Fi 6 AX201 hardware, Wireless-AC 9260, 9461, and 9560 controllers, and Wireless-N 7265 connections.
Moreover, Intel’s driver can also be installed on system configurations including a Dual Band Wireless-N 7265, Tri-Band Wireless-AC 17265, 18260, or 18265 adapters, or a Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165, 3168, 7265, 8260, 8265 (+ Desktop Kit) controller.
